In my woodland photographs I have tried to establish an intimate link between people and nature. This is defined by the traces and evidence left behind by previous visitors. Often there is an uneasy feel to the images that can be unnerving as there is an ambiguity caused by the relationship between the enjoyment of nature and the needless destruction of it.
